All driving lessons can be individually purchased, or block booked, but we would suggest that two hour sessions are the most beneficial. As a rule of thumb, pupils who use this method tend to need fewer lessons overall. All our driving lessons include relevant briefings with teaching aids and full guided and prompted practice, according to the driving ability of the pupil concerned. At the end of each lesson there is a full debrief and you will receive a progress report to further assist you.
(As with any business, prices are subject to review occasionally, but any bookings made in advance will always be honoured at the rate purchased)

Motorway Lessons
£50 per 2 hour lesson
A motorway lesson will teach you how to correctly enter and exit a motorway, cover the enhanced observations required, speed, signals, lane discipline, changing lane and overtaking. It will also cover what to do in the event of a breakdown and what you should do if you start to feel tired.

A refresher lesson will help you become a better, safer and more confident driver. Re-learning safe driving principles reduces the risk to yourself and your passengers and automatically to other road users. it's a quick, easy and useful way to update your driving skills and get impartial advise from professional driving instructor.

Pass Plus
Price of £150
£60 if you register with KCC see below for more details
includes all six modules:
- Town / city driving
- All weather driving
- Driving out of town / on rural roads

- Dual carriageway driving

Aimed at those who have recently passed their practical test and who wish to become safer drivers, with the added benefit of possibly saving money on their motor insurance (please check with your insurer first)
Instructor registered with Kent County Council Highways Agency, which means that you may be eligible for a £60 contribution towards the course, which is a recognised qualification by many insurers that can result in lower premiums for younger drivers. I work flexible hours and offer free pick-up and drop-off, and can often arrange lessons to start or finish at your place of work or study if it helps.
Normal tuition is on a one-to-one basis, and my aim is to ensure that you get your full hour(s) actually behind the wheel, rather than talking or being driven around by me!

The cost of the theory test (inc. hazard perception) is currently £31. This is payable to the Driving Standards Agency. Note that this figure is reviewed periodically by the DSA. There are theory test centres in Canterbury and Hastings locally.
The cost of a standard weekday practical driving test is currently £62. This is payable to the Driving Standards Agency. Note that this figure is reviewed periodically by the DSA and is higher for evening / weekend bookings and for those taking extended tests. Local practical test centres are located in Ashford and Folkestone.
